Ms. Tracey Lancione Lloyd

Educational Background

Ms. Lloyd graduated from Bellaire High School in 1983. She attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism in 1987. Ms. Lloyd attended Capital University Law School and graduated in 1990, gaining admittance to the bar to practice law in the Fall of that year.

Work and Service Milestones

While Ms. Lloyd was at The Ohio State University, she worked as a page in the Ohio House of Representatives for two years. While in law school, she clerked for a local firm in Columbus which specialized in insurance work.

Ms. Lloyd came back to Belmont County upon her graduation and joined her father, Richard L. Lancione, and his partners in a law partnership in Bellaire, Ohio. She became a Partner in the firm in 1994.

She has been in the private practice of law with our offices in Bellaire since 1990. Ms. Lloyd has handled many types of cases in her 25 years of practice. Currently, she handles land owner oil and gas issues, including favorable negotiations of oil and gas contracts on behalf of her clients. She also handles Wills, Guardianships and Estates, Real Estate and Corporate transactions, and Social Security Disability claims. She has served as general counsel for local corporations, such as Muxie Distributing Company and Ohio Fireworks Company for several years.

Ms. Lloyd is a member of the Belmont County and Ohio State Bar Association. She has served as Treasurer of the local bar association for the last 18 years.

Ms. Lloyd can practice in all Ohio courts and The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Personal and Community Achievements

She has been active in the community, as well as the legal field. Ms. Lloyd is a member of the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce.

Married to Scott Lloyd since 1991, the couple have two children, Spencer and Zachary.

Ms. Grace L. Hoffman

Educational Background

Ms. Hoffman graduated from John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, WV. She attended West Liberty State College and graduated with highest honors in 1983. Ms. Hoffman worked for several years before she decided to attend law school. She attended Duquesne University School of Law on an academic scholarship. She was the mother of two young sons at this time and commuted from her home in Glen Dale, WV, in order to attend. Ms. Hoffman graduated in 1990, gaining admittance to the bar to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1991.

Work and Service Milestones

Ms. Hoffman joined the practice of Burech and Sargus upon her graduation from law school. She moved her family to Belmont County, Ohio, in order to become a part of the community that she served.

Ms. Hoffman joined the firm of Lancione, Lloyd, & Hoffman in 2008. She saw it as a wonderful opportunity to grow as an attorney and to expand the number of clients that she served. Ms. Hoffman has handled numerous types of cases since she began practicing law. Presently, Ms. Hoffman handles dissolution, custody, visitation and all aspects of family law. She handles wills, estates, estate planning, guardianships, and real estate transactions. She handles general civil litigation and appellate work and also does corporate work.

Ms. Hoffman is a referral attorney for MetLife and the local National Education Association.

Ms. Hoffman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Belmont County Bar Association. She has served as secretary for the local bar since 1995, and serves as Belmont County’s Law Librarian.

Ms. Hoffman can practice in all Ohio courts and also in the Federal District Court for the Southern District Ohio.

Personal and Community Achievements

She has been active in the community, as well as the legal field. Her participation includes Rotary, Tri-County Women’s Help Center, St. Clairsville Little Devils wrestling, and the Salvation Army. She runs pro-bono clinic for the underprivileged in Belmont County in conjunction with SEOLs and Grace Presbyterian Church.

Ms. Hoffman has two sons, Morgan and Myles Bettinazzi, two grandsons, Quentin and Clay, and two granddaughters, Mylie and Hailey Grace.
